You're Invited to the Grand Opening of the Evie Garrett Dennis Campus
August 13, 2010 the GVR community will open its newest community amenity, the Evie Garrett Dennis Campus. Through the hard work of community members back in 2008, with the passage of the DPS School Bond, all of the DPS staff and community leaders, and the hardworking construction teams, this grand day is finally here. The campus will be home to two great school programs, the second school of the Denver School of Science and Technology (DSST) with the grade 6-12 program, and SOAR School, with the K-5 program. In a little over a year this magnificent campus has risen from the earth and is now ready to open its doors to deliver a top notch education to the students who will soon fill its halls.
Please join the community celebration for the grand opening, and in thanking all of the people involved in making this campus a reality and an invaluable asset for our community and all of FNE Denver.
