Virtual Tour of GVR Christmas Lights 2009

We took a two hour drive around Green Valley Ranch last night (December 16th, 2009). We zigged and zagged all around the neighborhood. Our pups were excited because they thought we were headed to the dog park, they still had fun and so did we. We forgot to pack the hot chocolate but had a good time touring the neighborhood on the cold but clear night.

We could have timed it better because the trash cans were out (we made a mental note for next year). We took hundreds of photos of our favorite displays and narrowed the list of favorites down to a 3 minute virtual tour. The GVR Holiday Tree at the Recreation Center looks amazing at the end of the path along the ampitheater lake. The displays ranged from elaborate animated scenes to simple and elegant decorations.
