237 Participants in the 3rd Annual Gobble Wobble 5K Run & Walk

This year, 237 participants ran or walked the 3rd Annual Gobble Wobble 5K Run & Walk at the Green Valley Ranch Golf Course. Each year since 2007, the number of participants has doubled in size and we expect an even better turn out next year.

The Eagles' Nest Restaurant at the GVR Golf Club gave away hot chocolate and people saught the warmth of the fire pit. Other vendors gave away lots of goodies. The kids had a good time in the big jumper while others' got their faces painted as fairies, flowers and dragons. Be sure to catch the video which is due out on MyGVR.org this week.

Local businesses and individuals gave of their time and money to make this a great community event which all consider a great success. Don't miss all the fun next year.
