There will be one large community garage sale on June 18 & 19 (Friday and Saturday).  This event has been big in the past and with each year seems to grow another 10-20% in attendance.  There is really no details for this event, people just use the mass marketing that the HOA does through your hub, craigslist and possibly the Denver Post, along with some banners hung in the community during the week of.
